


The final £2,000 of this £875,720.45 journey was made by a private donation to ensure that the project commenced immediately without possible delay and the necessary fund raising.
We are grateful to our financial partners in DETI, IFI and UCIT and to all the individuals who worked voluntarily on the demolitionof the old building.
The continued advice and input of the Project Manager R.E. Quinn architect is appreciated and together with our management team will stay focused to deliver a Community Business Park available to all.

BUILDING WORKS START JANUARY 2008
After a few false starts the building work started at the beginning of January.

Final ground clearance at start of January
The remote control crane was installed and the works on the foundations started. The weather has been great which has meant that the project is on schedule.


FEBURARY 2008 UPDATE
The foundations have been finished and the steel structure work completed. Project is on schedule to be finished at the end of June.
APRIL 2008
Building works continue at a rapid rate. All three floors have been completed and it is now starting to take shape.

JULY 2008 UPDATE
The building is almost finished but the official opening date of August 8th has been postponed due to a slight delay in completion.
Due to unexpected high levels of rain fall in late June and early July the ground works for the bridge at the rear of the building could not be completed on time and so the official opening of August 8th 2008 has had to be postponed.
SEPTEMBER 2008
It is finished!!
