Strategic Action Plan
Tuesday 20th November saw Crossfire Trust launch their Strategic Action Plan. It has been the culmination of ten months of discussion, heart searching and planning to arrive at achievable goals and has been funded by CFNI through the Community Development Reference Group.
The initiative was the brainwave of Armagh City and District Council who hired the services of experts in the field of Community Development to mentor groups like Crossfire Trust to achieve their targets.
Ian Bothwell (Director) said: “Having the skill and patience of Wendy Robinson as mentor has really helped us to arrive at a great place of vision, expectation and hope. We are obviously excited to have a clear path mapped out and look forward to further partnership with statutory and voluntary groups to make it all happen.”
